People sometimes assume my journey into herbs began because I wanted to become an herbalist. It didn't.

It began because I wanted to feel better.

As I searched for answers, I realized that the most important thing I could do wasn't to collect information — it was to ask better questions.

Instead of asking, "What's the best herb?" I began asking, "What is my body trying to tell me?"

That one shift changed everything.

The more I learned, the more I realized that curiosity is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. I didn't need to know everything. I needed to stay willing to learn.

Today, that's still how I approach every conversation. I listen first. I ask questions. I continue researching and learning. Every question teaches me something new.

If this article leaves you with one thought, let it be this:

You don't have to have every answer to begin caring for yourself. Sometimes the next step is simply asking a better question.

"The question that changed my life wasn't about herbs. It was about becoming curious enough to keep learning."
