There was a time when tea was simply something I drank.

Now, it's one of the ways I remind myself to slow down.

I've learned that making tea asks something different of us than most of our day. We can't rush steeping. We wait. We breathe. We notice the aroma. Before the first sip, we've already begun to settle.

That quiet pause has become just as meaningful to me as the herbs themselves.

I don't believe self-care always requires a weekend away or an expensive retreat. Sometimes it begins with five uninterrupted minutes and a warm mug in your hands.

Whether your cup contains one of my blends or another tea you love, I hope it becomes more than a beverage. I hope it becomes a reminder that you deserve moments of peace in the middle of ordinary days.

When we repeatedly give ourselves those small moments, they begin to shape the way we live. One cup doesn't change a life overnight — but a daily ritual can slowly change how we move through the world.

"Sometimes the most healing part of tea isn't the first sip — it's the pause before it."

What simple daily ritual helps you reconnect with yourself, and how could you make space for it more consistently?
